Buyer constraint: physical custody is not decision authority

Imagine a logistics operator receiving a client's goods short, fulfilling orders across facilities, and accepting a return whose condition is disputed. Map who may approve a discrepancy, release held stock, change disposition, and communicate with the customer. IRS guidance supports general electronic recordkeeping principles, but operational records and exports do not themselves prove accounting or contractual correctness.

Create similar items for separate clients and place stock at different facilities. Receive one inbound short, attempt a cross-client action, route orders, split a shipment, cancel an allocation, and return damaged stock to a facility that did not ship it. Exception and conclusion: disputed stock crosses a cutoff

Enter a facility adjustment after the client has closed its report. Determine whether the earlier view changes silently or the correction appears as a later attributable event. The winning configuration must keep client ownership visible beneath every network total.
